CDCP card holders qualify for a fully covered first visit at Your Hometown Dentist.
Did You Know…?
If you’re currently on Healthy Smiles, Ontario Works (OW), NIHB or ODSP, you can apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)! The CDCP covers more comprehensive services not included in these programs, like major treatments and additional preventive care. Applying for the CDCP can provide better access to essential dental services for you and your family.
